I'd like to see photos of everyone's home pack. I, unfortunately, am out at this very moment. And, unlike the rest of you I have to restock from Trader Joe's. If you have stories to accompany the photos I'd like to hear them too.

Save an old woman? I thought you were in your 30s Deb? "A home pack is an Alaskan's own personal pile of canned, vacuum-packed, &/or smoked strips of salmon. Eating it makes existence enjoyable, even blessed, with moments of great pleasure."

Ohhhhh....THAT home pack. I'll have to drag them out of the icebox. And frankly, my fingers are already frozen.

Well then take a pic tomorrow. I need to get some of that wonderful Copper River salmon at Trader Joe's. Otherwise the labels read somewhere in the Atlantic or from Chile with red dye added. Not a fitting tribute for a mighty fish.

I'm at work so no pics. But I have 2 cases of sugar cured hickory smoked and 2 cases of salsa salmon in the pantry. It'll be gone by spring!

I've always thought it was strange that y'all don't have one. It seems like the kind of store that Alaskans would've created.
