Actually...Sweden googled Alaskan Weather once, was brought here, asked some questions, I answered, then she answered, 18 months later we were married by Karla with a K in Florida!

Just got home, not a bad drive leaving Anch at 1AM. Pretty much had the entire road to myself. I'm beat after all day traveling. Even stopped in Portland for a couple hours. Nice looking city at night from the air, and the airport is pretty cool. First time there.
I'll get some pictures rounded up when I wake up tomorrow afternoon!

Well ... I don't see special difficulties in it... As for the sense so "to each his own". And I'd like to say that Love makes the world go round

Man I hibernated! Woke up to a fine looking day. The birds are big time on the feeder. I'm just sitting here enjoying the quiet time and sipping on some freshly smuggled Apple Tea.
So here's some pic's:

The Vasa War Ship. Built in 1623. Sank on her maiden voyage. Sat under water for 333 years! The water of the Baltic preserved the black oak and most of what you see is original. Reminds me of the Black Pearl from the movie Pirates of the Carribean.

Walking back to our hotel along the bay/channel/cove where the Vasa sank. You can see the 3 masts sticking out of the roof of the museum in the background. She sank very near where she sits today.

Stockholms City Central

Looking across the street at Central Station. All the trains, subways and buses dock here.

It's in the Vasa Museum. Pretty close to the US embassy. About 45 minute walk from Central Station. There are many more museums in Stockholm. This was pretty much the first one I've been to.

Leaving Sweden yesterday

Over Norway

The coast of Norway

Over Iceland

Over northeast Canada

Leaving Chicago area
