While it's 65 degrees outside here in the mountains of western NC, I think of you lucky folks, who still have your winter. ::sigh:: Looks like ours may have got up and left for good for the year. I was thinking at first that surely it's going to get cold outside again, but seriously, it's been this way for a week or two, and the forecast shows no change in it, so I have no reason to suspect it will change. I can't wait until I get to live in a place that actually has winter! Flying Wild Alaska was my nice little televised escape to Alaska, but man waking up every day in February to 65 degree temperatures seriously sucks. It hasn't even been getting cold at night.

It's funny because I moved to the mountains thinking I would be getting better winter weather and milder summers than I had in Alabama. So far, Alabama (Birmingham, that is) has gotten most of the snowstorms we've gotten this year, and just as much cold temperatures!
