Happy Easter from Wrangell too! We're just kicking back. Ham was on sale last week & I couldn't wait so we've been eating on it for three days. Today the rest of it is in 8 quarts of ham & bean soup in the canner ready to come out in about 10 minutes and a big pot left over for a couple days. I sure stretched the heck outta that $15 ham!
