My dad use to make fried bologna sandwiches for me as a kid, which I really liked, even though I wouldn't eat a regular cold bologna sandwich.

My mother loves scrapple and fish row...vomiting now...yuck!
Same with gizzards....uugghh!

My Mom likes Liver. I used to run out of the house when she'd make it. Thankfully she can now get that at KFC. She likes fried bologna so it's not all bad!

The stench lingers in the house for at least the next day. It smells like fried vomit.

Thumbs up Fried Bologna....

My grandmother would fry bologna for sandwiches etc. And when in the Air Force we would have "cold cuts" on Sunday noon and the next morning there they were.....all fried up including the bologna and whatever.

I guess its like Spam, you either do or donot like it....

Speaking of oddities, I had a guy in my barracks that used to love spam rumaki(sp).
He'd wrap spam in bacon and fry it in an electric skillet.
Stunk up the whole floor, but it was quite good, especially when dipped in duck sauce.
(Although I've not been tempted to make it on my own.)
