So...does anyone else slit the bologna? so that it lays flat, when frying??

Now that sounds good, bacon in potato salad. How do ya think it would go with dill pickles?
I put good crisp dill pickles in my salad.

I put small slits on (4) so it lays flat. When it's just about as fried as I like it, I lay a piece of cheese on top of it to melt. Tastes good with cheese.

I'll have to run a test with bacon in a small batch, if good, then go big.
