Why would you waste a million dollars on a condo in NYC? Nothing but neighbors above, below and on each side of you. For a million bucks you could buy some really nice digs in Alaska. Plus you could put blue tarps on stuff outside and no one would complain. For a million bucks you could buy a place with no neighbors at all.

LOL - for a million bucks you could get that place with no neighbors at all AND buy your own plane to get there Of course, you might need a few extra bucks to keep a pilot on retainer though.

No, about six weeks from now we'll make our annual trip. July 30 - Aug 8.
