I am going to be in Bethel on Wednesday to do a job interview, and if I get the job, I will have a few weeks before I actually move in... but that doesn't make me any less nervous

I am wondering is there any way for me to see who is looking for roommates, and what type of places to live (apartments?) are available in Bethel. I am going to be going through town a little bit after my job interview to get a "lay of the land".

I have heard that I should really be making sure that I research/visit where I am going to live because a lot of places are really run down (broken windows, doors, etc).

What other things could I be expecting?

What does internet cost? Highspeed available?

Thanks so much

(PS Please understand the point of my thread is really just seeing if there is a website or place that I can find people looking for roommates or places to live in general... the rest of it is just some other questions I have thought of... I am sure they are answered somewhere but I figured while I am making a thread I could just include them. )

No I have yet to meet her. I mentioned to her where I work at, she hasn't stopped in yet. There are a lot of new officers here, I don't know them all yet.

So I got the job... and I found a place to live with a group of people 1100 a month for Food, Utils, Cable (TV + Internet) (pretty much everything)

I figured that sounds like a good price.

It is a good price. How many people are in the "group?" Is this a dorm-like situation?

It sounds like a good idea because you will be all set and can move later, if you are so inclined, after you scope out what is available.

Congrats on the job and the place to live.
