I remember when I started this thread I typed "idjits" instead of "locals" but naturally someone edited that because of crybabies who report posts.

Rock fish or halibut tacos big hit - we make it with mango salsa and slaw. Smoked salmon pate with Bagels or toasted bread. Smoked salmon omlet or wrap with cream cheese/sour cream and dill. If you do the BBQ a good smoke cornbeef rueben or cornbeef hash with eggs! I love the Hawaii theme of eggs and fish for breakfast.

OK Met, as an idjit I would have to say:

Anything with pasta and cheese in it is a winner.

Maybe a roadkill stew, as long as it's not to Crunch-y!
