There was a NUMBER RANKING list of "Most Affordable Home Buying Areas of the 100 Largest U.S. Major Metro Areas" published in Sept. 2010 by CNN Money Magazine. Does anyone know what the Ranking Number is for: 1) Albany/Capital District, 2) Rochester, 3) Binghamton, & 4) Utica/Rome? I saw the list for the top five metro cities but, I can't find the above 4 metro areas. The list I saw says that Syracuse is Number #1 Ranking and that Buffalo is #5 on the list. I'm positive that the other 4 metro cities listed above are also well ranked. I don't want to download some BIG file onto my computer; I just need to know the other rankings. Thanks for any info you can provide.
