ROOHAN REALTY on Main Street (rte 50) in Saratoga Springs. My husband and I went in there one day, and met Mr. Roohan and he was unbelievably helpful. Actually sent us emails for newly listed houses every week for a year. We live on Long Island in NY and were curious about prices on houses up there, and they were very helpful and were sincere in their quest to find us houses at our price range (which you know is great because some realtors show you houses way over what you could afford!).
