I have to leave my car in Albany, preferably near the Northway, for about 24 hours. I was thinking of using the Park and Fly location. Does anyone have any other ideas? Would it be safe at Colonie Center Mall?

It would be safe at Colonie Center, but you may want to see if you can find their overnight parking policy online. Stuyvesant Plaza, a strip mall not terribly far from there, is ruthless about ticketing or towing cars of people that are not shopping there. I would not leave your car in the lots closest to the stores as parking has been in short supply since the Mall's remodel a couple of years ago, but maybe one of the satellite lots.

Using the Park and Fly will cost you, but your car will be safe and well-cared for there. I use them a lot when I fly, and even in the middle of winter the car is clean and ready when I arrive. The lot is staffed 24 hours and is very secure. As a plus, if you need an oil change or an inspection, they can do it while the car is there.

There's the Hannaford on Wolf Rd. You could try leaving it in their lot.
