I am planning a dinner for my parents' anniversary in May, but am unsure of where to host it. There will be about 30 people. I was really hoping to have it at either The Waters Edge Lighthouse or Albany Pump Station, but unfortunately both places are all booked up. I haven't lived in the area for almost 10 years so I'm very unfamiliar with what is still there/still good. Saratoga is a bit far for our guests to travel so we would like to keep it in the Schenectady/Albany. Any ideas?
My sister had her engagement party at McGrievey's in Waterford this past December. They reserved the whole back room for us. I believe there was probably around 30-50 people there. She did an appetizer buffet, but I'm sure you could do a full-course dinner as well. The food was great and the staff was wonderful!
The victory in albany can hold that much in the dining room
