Farmer's market is once a week and many communities have them. Troy City Music Hall doesn't have events daily and most are pretty expensive. Not everyone wants to see an RPI sporting event. My husband went there and never went to one! Sorry, I don't find any of the boutiques to be cool. I've taken classes at the Arts Center. Some aren't so easy to get into because they're offered through Hudson Valley. Again, those classes can be expensive. Not everyone wants to take a pottery class or woodworking class.

Sounds like a personal problem then...

Personal problem because I don't like Troy? The majority of people in the region don't like it either or else they would all be living, working, dining, or shopping there and that is not the case!

Stop changing your argument. You said there's nothing to do in Troy besides going to bars. I listed several things to do in Troy that weren't bars. You changed your argument saying you didn't like the things I offered. You should just admit that Troy does have things to do, you just don't like any of them.

I did go through your list and say what I wasn't interested in. I just don't Troy! Never claimed I did. As I've already said, I've lived there and have family still there. It's one step away from hell. Troy is one of the last places in the US I would live. And yes I have lived outside of the Capitol Region and New York State. Augusta, GA is right down there with Troy. At least, Augusta has a decent mall and plenty of shopping and dining options.
