I know many people who are priced out of Saratoga Springs who are buying houses in Ballston Spa. Still a great bargain if you need to be near Saratoga.
From the article: "The former McDonald's in Albany's South End neighborhood will be converted into a full-service grocery store under a partnership between civic and business groups and county government.
El Pilon Market plans to open a full-service store at the former McDonald's at 106 South Pearl St. while continuing to offer hot and prepared foods and other items at 179 South Pearl St.
The new market will offer fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, dairy, gluten-free and vegetarian products, kitchen supplies and hygiene essentials — helping to fill a "food desert" in the low-income neighborhood."
