Unfortunately, this isn’t exclusive to just the area or town. It also doesn’t mean the whole department is this way.

With that said, if there is misconduct, then those doing should have to deal with the consequences accordingly.

I believe she probably does have some sort of mental health issues to be addressed stemming from the loss of her mother.

Maybe the aunt should have minded her own business. Just because someone wants to be alone doesn't mean they are suicidal.
