This is an issue that has been mentioned in the forums here as well: https://www.bizjournals.com/albany/n...0-outlook.html

From the article: "Andy Marsh, the president and CEO of Plug Power, is also looking for ways to recruit more employees. He plans to add about 50 people this year between offices in Latham and Rochester."

Since this source allows very little access before hitting a paywall, it would be helpful to give a brief summary of what "this one issue" is all about.

This is an article that can be read in its entirety with a free account(which is all I have), but I'll post a portion of the article.

"It's trying to find people, even outside the area, and trying to make sure they're going to fit into your culture and your core values, and then that they actually have the ability to do the job and that they're sitting in their home office giving you 100%," Smith said. "There's a ton of different challenges to it."

That lined up with the results of a survey commissioned by American City Business Journals in partnership with TD Bank, the Center for Economic Growth and National Grid. The survey included responses from 167 Albany region business executives representing a range of company sizes.

Being able to find and keep good employees ranked among the top five concerns of business people surveyed. Other business concerns: rising cost of doing business; cost of health insurance and other employee benefits; the upcoming presidential election; and the U.S. economy."

Key piece is highlighted...
