i'm looking for something right in the city with an urban feel and so far, i've only looked on craigslist and the selection seems to be far and few between. are there even 1 bedroom apartments within the 700-800 range in the city that aren't in the ghetto? lot's of suburbs and section 8 but little else.

Her I'am looking myself for decent section 8 apt in the suburs. I figure if ur living in Albany Housing and rent is over $800 and $900 dollars, but have section 8 u should just live in a privite landlord apt who take section 8. Hey some Albany Housing apts have heat and hot water included but if ur living in a privite landlord u just have to manage ur ultilities a lil wiser. But with section 8 it all adds up anyway only u have more property like a backyard to step out in and etc. That's what I'm looking for becuz I have decent lovable children who also looking for decent lovable neigbor children to play with. It's hard to find that in some getto parts.
