Towne Towers (Albany: apartment complex, rental, prices)

So I recently got a job in downtown Albany and am searching for my first apartment.

I've looked at Towne Towers and while overall it seems like a great place, they only had a SMALL 1 bedroom available. For the rent i'm paying, this apartment seems extremely small.

Anyone familiar with this apartment complex? Thoughts?

Not familiar or heard good or bad on Towne Apts but if it's on Calif. Ave, it's a good area, close to highway, access to all kinds of malls. Can be a bit busy but the street itself looks like a dead end. Not sure what rents are there but if you look up rental guide in Albany area, that might help you compare rental prices here...
