Alexander has some cheaper one bedrooms if you're looking for 1 bedrooms. Philip Schuyler (75 Willett) doesn't have any 1 bedrooms until June of this year I believe. Contact Jeff and tell him you spoke to Joe Woodstock.

If you're looking for a real estate agent, contact Samantha Parker. She can probably show you some places for more what you're looking for. Her number is 518-209-7539 . She is a bartender at a restaurant where I took my parents out to dinner.

It is on Washington Avenue, basically directly across the street from SUNY Albany. This was something I definitely took note of, however being that it is a little more costly, I don't think there will be many college students in the apartments. I didn't see any the couple of times I was there...and this is where I signed.

PLEASEEEE if anybody goes there, tell them you spoke to Joe Woodstock....maybe I can get a free months rent or something lol.

ohh...and SU, check out the Willett Apartments, may be closer to your price range. It doesn't have anything I believe until May/June though. Cole Group Realty ~Willett Apartments (http://www.colegrouprealty.com/properties/residential/willett/index.html - broken link) This place I don't believe had any dishwashers or newer appliances because it was veryyyy old.
