I thought there was an IHOP near the airport on Buena Vista (??). I remember passing by it a few years ago when I spent a couple of nights in a hotel near the airport.

Try visiting maps.google.com and typing in "ihop in albuquerque". Apparently there are no fewer than 7 of them.

"International House of Pancakes" is what the place used to be called.

International House of Pancakes, I believe, was the original name.
There is one on Paseo del Norte around cross-streets of Barstow or Wyoming. I know there is one in the Rio Rancho or Corrales area but I'm not sure where. And I know there are others, again, I don't know exactly where. It should tell you on their website.

Frontier on Central is one of my all time favorites, and I am sure almost everyone who posts here regularly has heard of it.

It's pretty hard NOT to find the answer to the question of what IHOP stands for as well as locations on the website.

IHOP (http://ihop.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=20&Itemi d=5 - broken link)

Find the IHOP Near You (http://www.ihoplocator.com/results.aspx - broken link)
