Planning 101. Why don't you go to school for it.

Thats so stupid. I would love to see you take the classes I took. I litteraly had no life for 3 years. It sucked. I'm not that stupid.

Rio Rancho just needs it. Its sprawl country anyway... nothing else.

Yeah, no more sprawl. Isn't this project about making Rio Rancho more sustainable? Freeways just contribute to more unneeded sprawl... Build this downtown, but make it sustainable so Rio Rancho's people don't have to drive to ABQ for everything. I thought that has become a big thing in planning now? I try not to be or sound anti-Rio Rancho, but, sustainability is key, and freeways≠sustainable. Make it a nice, wonderful place to live. Not another town ripped in multiple pieces by freeways.

A downtown area should definitely be about sustainability, and it should also be densely built, whether it's the downtown area of a major city or a small town. It doesn't seem like this area is that much of a downtown area now though. I've never been to Downtown RR, but from what I've seen on satellite images, it only has a few buildings, and other than that it's rather undeveloped. Does anyone know if any new buildings near City Hall and Santa Ana Star Center are currently under construction?

I'm guessing English 101 was more of a struggle?
