I was wondering, does anyone know where in Rio Rancho or Albuquerque can I find a Chinese restaurant that serves Hunan Dumplings with Peanut Sauce?

One place that I know that has it is Kai's, where they refer to it as their Spicy Dumplings. However, I would perhaps like something a little closer to Rio Rancho.

It surprises me that you can find them on any menu here. I've only seen them on the east coast. Most of the dumplings on the menus here are typical potstickers served with the standard soy sauce/vinegar/chili oil dipping sauce.

Wow, that sounds good and I happen to be sitting about a 20 second walk from Kai's. Damn you Andros! :-)

I suggested on P.F. Chang's Facebook page to add Pork Hunan Dumplings to their menu, but the odds of them actually taking my suggestion are very slim.
