Cypress Gardens area of Los Lunas - Jerusalem Crickets (crime, house)

I am moving to ABQ, I have a house in mind which is in Los Lunas, Cypress Gardens area to be exact the address is 2 Avenida colima Los Lunas NM

could someone tell me if they're familiar with this area? I've read the threads about Los Lunas but I know certain areas are "ok," and was wondering if there was a lot of crime in this area of Los Lunas? THANKS!

OH and, Jerusalem Crickets, the landlord told me they come into the house :| has anyone ever been bitten by one? Just curious

If they bite it is not dangerous, I have been told by those who have kept some as pets.

They are just quite ugly and scary looking....

We call them Nino de la Tierra (Spanish for "child of the earth"). If you kill one your Mother in Law will haunt you forever...
