Leaving on Monday for my semi-annual trip to Albuquerque, and was wondering what everyone's favorite New Mexican restaurant in Albuquerque is?

Padilla's and the two Durans are our regulars. Also, Mary & Tito's is a classic choice. Hard to go too far wrong.

Oh my gosh I am visiting soon. I lived in Albuquerque for two awesome years. I am so excited for the food. It is not totally traditional New Mexican, but Tia Betty Blues is soo delicious as well.

Back from my quick trip this time. Tried a Lottaburger because I was too tired to go to a restaurant - not bad!

Also, stuck with tried and true Mary & Tito's, carne adovada platter. Really paid attention to what my body was telling me about the heat, and it's trued about those endorphins releasing! The first couple of bites are almost unbearable - but you stick with it and pretty soon you can't eat it fast enough! Sooo good!
Also had a chance to try the wedding cake for the first time - oh, yum!

I love the wedding cake! But I usually go to Mary & Tito's in the late afternoon and the cake sells out during lunch. Glad you got to try it. Hope you got the Green Chile Cheese Lotaburger.

The huevos rancheros at the Luna Mansion are the best. Can't wait till they reopen.
