A lawyer who really helped, who is women-friendly,
and does not abuse financially.
You've had a few family lawyers, and they've all been bad experiences? Any chance it may just be you? How did they abuse you financially? Lawyers (especially good ones) as we all know, are not cheap.

I went through three attorneys during my divorce. The third one was awesome. Rebecca Mulcahy in the same parking lot as Duran Central Pharmacy. Calm, realistic, super-responsive, does not nickle and dime over every question. I wish I had found her first. (505) 225-3090.
Please clarify, are you divorced or separated? If you are not divorced yet, I advise you to apply for separation first. The process is very similar to divorce. The courts decide the division of property, the division of debts, spousal support, alimony, and custody of children. It would help if you understood that divorce is very serious and stressful not only for you but also for your children.
