Well, the first firm is very staunch and proper, while the second is waaay laid-back.

I like the work of both firms.

It's a hard decision, but the laid-back attitude is hard to resist.

At the risk of sounding like an ole hippy- go with what feels right. Life's too short to be stuck in a stuffy job if there's an alternative.

I'd cross my fingers for you but it'd be too hard to type. I do wish ya well :-) That and mucho green chiles, anyways.

Ramblin' Rose has a really good point, but the economy is gonna suck for a
long time to come; see who has the largest "book" and client base before you
make any final decisions.

My thought exactly.

They both dabble in government work, so there's some security in that.

I have a few more interviews scheduled for the Monday & Tuesday before Christmas.
