house cleaning recommendations? (apartment, houses, kitchen)

Can you recommend a cleaning service for houses? I have a 1BR apartment in the NE heights. I consistently work 50+ hour weeks and don't have time or energy to clean. Looking for someone to spend a few hours on the kitchen, bath, dust, and sweep, typcial house cleaning maybe twice a month. I figured before I roll the dice on google or yellow pages I'd ask for any recommendations. Individuals or companies, doesn't matter. Thx
