The quote (for 1600 sf including garage) came in at $8,600 for a 60 mil TPO memberane roof )comes with a 15 yr. warranty. That's including the replacement of one skylight and new built up curb for another.

$10,500 for the 80 mil TPO (lifetime warranty)

Estimates are a good thing. Obtaining several is better.

Placing enough light covered gravel to shade the membrane fron direct Ultraviolet rays would likely increase the life of the membrane.
