The most obvious answer is "make spicy bloody Marys." Problem is, I don't like tomato juice and I don't like bloody Marys. But I have this bottle of pepper vodka that I bought as part of a failed cocktail experiment (don't ask), and I'm trying to find some use for it so I don't end up dumping a $27 bottle of vodka down the drain. At this point, that seems to be its most likely fate. Any suggestions to avoid that fate that don't involve tomato juice would be welcome.

Do you like tomatoes at all? If so, one way I'd use it is in a tasty vodka sauce for pasta.

How about spicy martinis? There is also a drink I've never tried that involves vodka and beef broth, I think they call it a bull shot. Spicy vodka sounds like it would work well for that.

Don't you dare throw that away! I've never had it before, but we'll find something to make with it, and best of all, you'll be our guinea pig! ..... LOL!
How hot is this crap? Is it like black pepper hot or jalapeno hot?
My first thought was that I'd add it to a Dr. Pepper or Coke.
What's this stuff taste like? What brand is it?

Sorry, I tend to skip over posts that come across as shouting.

I'm thinking many kinds of sauces, particularly tomato based sauces like marinara and bbq sauce.

Hey, another thought. How about using it in chili or in a marinade for different meats?

Use it with cocktail sauce for shrimp? Add a little to a stir fry, like pepper beef?

Love the pepper beef idea, Julia!

Was stopping by to suggest a little of it might be good mixed in with a balsamic based salad dressing for a green or other kind of salad.

A friend frequently does an appetizer of cherry tomatos that marinate in vodka. Must puncture small holes in the tomatos .. whatever she does, they are a potent appy and very good.

The pepper vodka might do well for that.
