Too much leftover wine from the holiday weekend?
Salvage it by making wine ice cubes for cooking.
Lots of recipes call for white or red wine in sauces, stews, and so forth. By freezing leftover wine in ice cube trays, you'll be sure to have some wine for cooking always available. Just thaw to room temperature before adding.

No kidding!

Really, we have the wine saver that sucks out the air from the bottle so leftovers last a couple more days.
