IPA day? Seriously? Who in their right mind even considers such swill (besides people as bitter as the beer itself)?
Now if there were a Hefeweizen day - better yet a week or month - to celebrate the sublime beauty of a crisp beverage that slakes thirst, sweetens the palate, and makes the world a better place.
