Getting Everclear to NYC (liquors, grape, bottle, juice)

When I was in the midwest for college (Minnesota/North Dakota) I discovered a drink that would account for many MANY drunken fun filled nights. WHen I came back to the big city, I found out that this drink is illegal to be sold here and it is near impossible to get. This drink was my favorite EVERCLEAR.

I remember I use to send bottle loads to my parents back in California but never thought to take any with me when I moved to NYC. I was wondering what is the nearest state I can buy everclear in or are there any websites I can go to and order my favorite college drink

I am talking about the 190 proof everclear, not the "weak" stuff haha

Yes, the 190 is illegal to sell in NY (along w/a number of other states), but that doesn't mean one can't get it one one's own... ;-)
Here in the Virginias we have a perfectly suitable, widely available substitue that the Feds don't approve of...

Shucks! We used to make a lethal homemade "wine" with that stuff...a can of frozen grape juice, a can of water, and a bottle of Everclear. That stuff is crazy.
