Pimm's can be found at any large liquor store where I am. Not necessarily at small corner shops, or convenience stores, but any big liquor store that has other imports as a matter of course will have it.
When my BIL and SIL visit from their home in London, we usually do Pimm's cups.
Where are you going to be in the US? In the Chicago area any decent liquor store or even supermarket will have it. It was also easily available in Boston when I was growing up there, and I've seen it in large supermarkets in the Indianapolis and Lexington KY areas. It's not that unusual (although I assume you're talking about Pimm's No. 1, No. 6 is only available around large urban areas).
On a directly related note, San Pellegrino sodas are also available in most parts of the US, and you can probably find an acceptable substitute pretty much anywhere.
Here in Chicago you can get Pimm's at Binny's. I've seen it in other locations too. I did enjoy it when I was in England a few years back. I was actually in charge of making and serving it at a photo shoot in the park for a friends wedding. I think I did pretty good for a yankee too. It is quite a nice and cooling summer punch.
Ditto with the others. I've seen it at all large liquor stores.
