Reyka vodka AND any top shelf polish vodka incl. Chopin. Right out of the freezer and straight.

I don't either. The liquor flavor is way too overpowering for my taste. I put it in various mixed drinks, and because of this, I have noticed no difference whatsoever in various brands. One brand I do not care for is Lone Star Vodka. Stoli and Smirnoff are my go-tos. Now I'm drinking Polar Ice which is fine too. I have tried Shevkoff straight and it seems rather smooth, (for straight vodka anyway).

As everybody knows by international agreements, only French can call their brandy a cognac, and only Russians allowed to call their moonshine a vodka. Well, I'd throw in other countries which were parts of Russian Empire at the time of making this agreement, i.e. nothing against Ukrainian, Polish or Finnish vodkas...

I personally go with "Youri Dolgoruki" hands down, followed by any other name produced by Moscow Distillery "Cristall".

Ketel One, ice cold, is like water.

Absolut is my favorite, tho...and that one with the Buffalo grass from Slovania or someplace.

Stoli ...so good.

I drink most any liquor and always on the rocks but I like it to have a bit of a bite so I know I am drinking. If it goes down easy, then it is boring. I do like some of the flavored Vodkas, especially Pepper Vodka.

Nemiroff (Ukrainian) is hands down the best Pepper vodka.
