We live in Tampa, FL and spent last week up in Myrtle Beach ... and found a REALLY great Bloody Mary mix. It's called Zing Zang and its the best mix I've ever tasted. I just had our Publix down here order a case of this stuff (they're nice that way), and I'll be spending the weekend by the pool sipping a few tasty Bloody Marys'.

Got a good recipe or mixer for Bloody Marys that you'd like to share?

From my bartender days, good if you like spicy.

In a mixing glass full of cracked ice...

Shot of Vodka. (pick what ever you like) I tended before they days of flavors But Stoly pepper works nice.
Fresh ground black pepper
A hit of celery salt
Juice of a lime wedge
Bloody Mary Mix..I used V8 juice a lot though
Shot of Sirachi (never used tobasco)

Shake it good.

Pour in a tall glass

Garnish with a pickled string bean, banana pepper or something other than celery.

Enjoy

Ugh! I can't remember what brand it was, but it was called "bold and zesty". That stuff was awful and set me on fire! I poured it all out.

Zing Zang was starting to be the mix of choice at several pubs in the Houston area. I prefer the Tabasco brand, green label w horseradish myself.

I like the V8 Spicy- add lime around the edge of the glass- then Kosher salt around the top-- add a slice of lime or celery-----yummy.
