Female 43. Another vote for just a good wine selection. Brandy is an acquired taste-and of everyone I know, regardless how far up the social ladder they are-none would cite it as a preference. Pretty much everyone would go with a good bottle of wine of one vintage or another.

Bailey's or Kahlua in coffee or on the rocks for an "after dinner" or dessert drink is a classic.

Or do have HAVE to pick from the brandy list? If you do, I would be asking for a soda or glass of water. I do not care for brandy.

Thank you everyone for your opinions. You've been very helpfull. I'd probably go for vodka with a slice of lemon :-). We would be serving wines and other drinks as well, I just have to make the decision for the flavoured brandy. I will definitely update you on that ). Once again thanks a lot.

Male, 40, wouldn't touch the flavored brandy. Why do you have to serve a flavored brandy, anyway?

I'm with THL, although single malts and great cognacs (along with a worthy vintage port) make things tough to choose from.

Almost forgot. Male aged 64.
