I'm a wine person, but on occasion I will have:

Raspberry martini: vodka, chambord and sweet/sour mix shaken in a stainless steel martini shaker with ice, served freezing cold

Baileys + Butterscotch Schnapps: either shaken and served straight up or on the rocks. Too bad this one is so fattening!

My wife and I both like Scorpions very well. Her other drink is Amaretto on the rocks & mine is Yukon Jack on the rocks.
