I've used both and I can't tell any difference between the two.

thanks for this, I will have to check this out, my husband takes the generic Zrytec from Walmart but I pay about $12 for only 45 days. With 2 people now taking it, Costco makes more sense. I took my son to the doctor this morning and he did recommened Zrytec
