I used to have terrible allergy. Once every month especially when the moisture in the air is high, I would sneeze all day and it made me very drowsy. I went to an allergist to have a test and was told that I am allergic to dust mite.

Now the good part, I don't remember the last time I had any sneezing or allergic reaction. I am sure that I don' t in the last 2 years. We just adopt a cat and even when she get close to my nose, I would sneeze for coupe of time, clean my nose with running water and that's it. Previously anything that started me sneezing, I would sneeze for the whole day or two.

It's great to be able to breath freely!
