Ive started having one beetroot, apples, and carrots every morning to try and help my immune system along with supplements a poster on here prescribed... I wondered if anyone has felt benefits with the beetroot drinks.. Ive only been taking them four days now.. and they really are lovely .. Id be grateful for other recipes.. I also bought cider apple vinegar for hot drinks but then read it wasnt good for tooth enamel.. so IM not sure now what to do.. its said the cider vinegar with good quality honey is very good for detoxing...

We call them beets over here and they are supposed to be very good for the liver. The liver detoxifies so it stands to reason that beets would be beneficial. I hope it works for you. I grow beets and make juice from them and maybe if I did that more often there would be noticeable benefit. A really good dr I had a long time ago did recommend carrot juice for the same reason. That dr did say to add water since the carrots contained a lot of sugar, as do beets.

I had read great things about the benefits of the beetroot juice.. do you know if you can juice the long stems too..
Don't know. I cut both ends off. But the greens are very good for you too.
Me too.... I read that the short end has poison in it.. not sure if thats true..
