You post in reply to many questions, saying that you have no personal experience with the issue being discussed but then you go on and on about your knee issues and other matters that have nothing to do with the subject matter. I'm allowed to do likewise occasionally.

This is really good advice and has worked for us: https://goqii.com/blog/foods-to-cure-sinus-infection/ Also, good health is not about being lucky as often as it is about the work one puts into being healthy.

We found our biggest enemies to be dairy (cheese and milk) and meats. Limiting both of those items to almost none really helped us avoid sinus infections. The other thing is not having the air too dry - humidify if in a dry climate.

This was probably tuina. I think that's what she said. Very powerful way to release muscular tension. I think some of my ongoing fatigue might be due to how much tension I have been carrying in my body.

not sinus but hubby has had a dry cough off and on for days if not weeks. He has had this before. Actually it isn't really a cough but he has to constantly clean his throat. I keep thinking it may be due to our unusually cold and dry weather right now. I am thinking maybe we should invest in a humidifyer.
