An allergist said I was highly allergic to peanuts and told me to avoid them and gave me an Epi Pen years ago. I eat peanut butter all the time and always have. Threw the Epi pen away and don't believe the allergy scratch tests are very accurate. Obviously they can't be.

as many know, I have my doubts about studies period and I have always questioned some of these allergy claims. don't get me wrong, I am not saying people do not have allergies: our son was tested at a very young age as he was a severe Asthmatic and found to be allergic to almost everything. He was not tested for foods as his Allergist did not think scratch test were accurate when it came to food testing/ As the years have gone by he has either outgrown some of his allergies or learned to tolerate more. My point is just too many studies are done that end up proving nothing.
