Legal? It's a supplement. Heathfood stores and MORE sell it. Do you live in another country? The only restriction I know is if a person takes a pharma blood thinner then they can't take both.

Millions don't know about Grape Seed Ex and it's a HUGE shame, so many could be saved from toxic drugs and shots etc etc...and pricey trips to allergist, I was there many yrs ago.
