A few days ago my fingers were itching and of course i scratched..
Them like crazy. Now my arms, shoulder itch.
Now i have red marks(bumps) all over my hands, arms, shoulder.
I havent been outside to come into contact with any plant.
Bed bugs?the sheets get changed on a regular basis.
I have no idea if my body is reacting to an allergen or stress??
Cant think of anything unusual that i have been exposed to recently?
Any ideas?

Make sure you have it professionally treated and do all the steps. Especially if you live in an apartment building so you don't give them to the neighbors. I would be really careful about going to friends houses etc too. Just washing the sheets wont be enough as they hide in your mattress and cracks around your sleeping/hanging out areas. Use salt in your laundry(hot as possible wash& dry). Salt water kills them.

Lots of things could cause what you are describing.

One possibility is dermatographism

Dermatographism - close-up (http://www.pennhealth.com/ency/imagepages/2017.htm?articleID=000005 - broken link)

It is bed-bugs i found them under the mattress.
I guess thet can hide in Furniture as well so i ll have to do a good check.
I saw/killed about 20 of them seems like a small infestation.
The itching is horrible.
I heard the phrase"Sleep tight dont let the bed-bugs bite"..
But i didnt know they were real!!

Well, at least you have your answer. Lots of resources on the web for treatment, but if it were me, I would go with an exterminator.

Good luck

Do you have any idea how you got them? Travel? Friend? Just moved?Purchase?

I would tell anyone who has stayed over at your house of visited to check their home too.
