Just go see an allergist and get tested. Fall is a bad season for mold because of the decaying plants and leaves so your mold allergy will probably be worse now. There are millions of different kinds of molds and the allergist will usually just test you with a mold mix--a mixture of the most common local molds. From my own personal experience it is best to avoid bread that's made with yeast and anything else that's fermented, including beer and vinegar.
"Musty" smelling old books or damp cellars -- things to avoid. Good luck. You can get shots to help your system fight off the allergy/allergies and you'll feel much better.
