Started Juicing today

I've been doing it for two weeks now. I cut out about 3/4 of my sugar intake, am juicing at least every other day, and walking or jogging at least two miles a day. I've lost 11 lbs in two weeks and feel a lot cleaner overall.

There are a lot f information that you ca found in the internet when you want to improve you juicing ability and when you are trying to find a juicing combo that suits you. Just Google it!
