I have used tea tree oil to get rid of stubborn warts that the doctor treated with liquid nitrogen for two years. I soaked a band-aid with the oil and put it over the warts when I went to bed. Two weeks later, my hands were wart free. The doctor couldn't believe it when he saw the results.

Works great for mosquito, fire ant and spider bites, too.

Anyone using Tea Tree Oil deserves a medal. That @(#^%#$ smells so bad!!!!!

I visited my local Walmart to buy ammo and there was a terrible (worse than usual) smell in the store. I asked one of the managers who died? She said someone knocked over a display pf tea tree oil "SEVERAL DAYS" ago and they couldn't get rid of the stink!

I stumbled on this accidentally some 20+ years ago, when as a kindergarten teacher I contracted ringworm from a student. This was pre-internet days so I couldn't google it. For some reason I had a small bottle of TTO and I decided to apply it. It worked.

Yes...been using it for decades. Believe me, it's a whole lot easier to find in stores NOW, than it used to be. I can remember a time when I had to pick up Tea Tree oil spray, for dogs, in order to have it in the house. LOL

To the person that scoffed at the idea that tea tree oil can treat keratosis pilaris, you are dead wrong. I've had it for 20 years, since high school. Been to several dermatologists, spent hundreds on creams, tried several home remedies. THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS FOR ME IS TEA TREE OIL. Keratosis pilaris is caused by the demodex mite. Tea tree oil kills this skin mite. The End.

LOL, to each his own Mike. I actually love the smell of it. We do keep it in the house for many various uses, many listed by the posters above. Great stuff.
