I've tried green & black jasmine tea. Don't know what it's good for put it taste good. I do put raw local honey in my tea. Also, makes good ice tea. It is suppose to help w/allergies, if it's local to your region, because of the bees. I also tried making my rice in jasmine tea. Instead of using water, use the tea. I know it sounds strange. But, if your like the taste of jasmine it is good.

Chamomile - sleep, relieve cramps
Green tea - removes free radicals/antioxidant

Bring some milk to a boil with the following added: a couple mashed dates, pinch of saffron, cinnamon, and cardamon. Makes for a relaxing night time tea.
