I'm 78 and still get you look in your 60's...I know I've aged but hardly any wrinkles considering. And counting on what Grape Seed Ex is doing on the "inside" re: cancer prevention. I'm in my 21 yr, I started taking it at 57. I know my gum and eye health are related to taking this OPC.

Some are talking HGH and I've looked at this over yrs but refused the injections. I have some homeopathic product now, but KNOW grape seed ex is helping with the aging process.

Don't knock it if you've never taken it and have no experience.

I've just started taking it myself. It is expensive but I found a pretty good deal at puritan's pride. They usually have a "buy two get 4 free" types of deals. Only problem with them is once you order they send e-mails every other day with special "sales".

First of all, what it OPC?

Second of all, how is this taken...I mean, how many mg per day (I saw 200 mg and 300 mg capsules, 120 to a bottle), and does it have to be spread out during the day? I'm not good at remembering to take supplements. I have to set an alarm on my cell phone to remind me to take my Lyrica!

You can't put a price on IMPROVED health. All the drugs pushed by pharma and the COST of those drugs and what do they do for us, nothing for me. Only side effects and then more drugs to try to counter the side effects. Don't get me started.

For the first year on "P" I paid $40 a month for my "P" but never took another drug which I took for all the years prior to 1995.

I just bought some "pine bark" from ebay and mixing it during the day with my grape seed ex. Very inexpensive and we'll see if I feel any different after the 2 bottles I bought.

Swanons has a 100mg Pycnogenol for about $17 for 30 capsules. I used this for some yrs too.

OPC's are a class of powerful antioxidants. I've posted so much here about OPC's.
They include grape seed extract, pycnogenol, resveratrol. All from the grape family and pycnogenol from the pine bark trees. All coming to us from France.

For a new person it's probably good to start with 100mg capsule of grape seed or pycnogenol and work up according to bodyweight and if no negative issues with your body accepting it. I've taken it so long it's a major major part of my life. I take 200mg a couple times a day and I'm not thin and not fat, just kinda medium in weight. The thinner one is the less they need to take.
